Which social media platforms are included?
We support Facebook, Twitter, Company LinkedIn Page, Personal LinkedIn Profile, and Google My Business. Posts to Instagram are available as a paid add-on option, or as part of the SME Plan.

Can you publish my posts to extra social media platforms?
Yes! You can add extra platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Company LinkedIn Page, Personal LinkedIn Profile, Google My Business) to your plan for £30 per month, per platform. Add Instagram from £40 per month.
How often do you post?
It depends which plan you select. Our plans include between 1 and 4 posts per week. If you’d like us to post more frequently, you can add-on extra posts to your plan from £30 per month.
Can you post about specific topics?
Sure! Your Onboarding Forms ask you to outline any specific topics or promotional items (your events, offers, etc) you want us to post about. Each month you’ll receive a Monthly Review Form. Complete it to tell us about specific topics or events you want us to post about over the next month.
Who owns the posts?
100% you. Once published, your posts belong to you. You are free to republish them or take them to the local dance hall for a tango.
How quickly will my plan launch?
Your plan goes live 10 days — or the nearest work day — after you sign up.
Do I get an Account Manager?
Yes. Your Customer Success Manager manages your plan. Our communications are managed via email or within the client portal. We usually respond to messages on the same day – or the latest within 24 hours. You’ll also hear from your Customer Success Manager each month after submitting your Monthly Review Form.
Can I still post to my own social media profiles?
Of course — you retain full access to your social media pages and can post as much or as little as you like.
Why do Instagram posts cost more?
Instagram is a more complex platform and it takes us longer to plan, prepare, and create Instagram posts. Instagram posts are therefore only available as a platform option with the SME Plan, or can be added to any plan as an Extra Platform for £40.
How do I get started?
Click any Get Started button to select and customise your plan, and set up your recurring subscription.
Who creates my social media posts?
Two members of our UK-based content team will work on your account. You’ll have a dedicated Content Creator and a dedicated Editor.
Your Content Creator crafts your posts each month. Your Editor works with your Content Creator to ensure that the posts meet your briefing as well as our quality standards.
Where do you source images for my posts?
We can use your images or customised graphics (just share an image folder with us), or we can source images from our copyright-free image database.
Can you add my branding to posts?
Yes. If you opt for the StartUp Plan or SME Plan, at least half of your posts will be branded with your company logo. This means the image published with the post will be edited to show your logo, in order to reinforce your brand identity. Other posts will include link previews or other images. Please note, we do not offer a full graphic creation service.
Can I view my social media posts before they are published?
Yes. Preview your posts before they are published in our Content Panel.. Content Panel is always free in your first month and is permanently free with our Startup Plan and SME Plans. If you opt for the Solopreneur Plan, there’s a small additional fee if you’d like to access Content Panel from your 2nd month onwards. Without Content Panel, you’ll see your posts once they’ve been published.
How do you know what to post for my business?
Your Onboarding form answers give us a full briefing on your business, brand, and goals. Your dedicated Content Creator (who has previous experience creating social media content for companies in your industry) will then conduct in-depth research into your business, competitors, and target market before creating your first month of social media posts.

Your 10-day onboarding period begins. Within a few minutes of signing up you’ll receive your onboarding forms. These need to be completed within 48 hours — then you can relax! As soon as we have your forms back, we get to work on your plan. If you opt for the Startup or SME Plan, we’ll also be in touch to arrange an Onboarding Call with you.
