We chatted to Concentric Managing Partner Leopold Diouf about his experience working with 100 Pound Social.
Prior to this, Leopold says the company did not have a social media strategy.
“Nothing was planned. When we came across an article, we’d just share it,” he recalls.
Leopold recalls the biggest challenge when it came to Concentric’s social media platforms was having the time and resources to create content.
“Before we worked with 100 Pound Social, we didn’t really have a social media plan,” he says.
“This was something we wanted to implement. If we had done it ourselves, it would have been too consuming and a headache.”
“On top of that, we aren’t native English speakers, so that would have made it even more complicated.”
He says the company partnered with 100 Pound Social because they wanted to use social platforms to speak with their target audience.
“Initially, it was to help us get more visibility and awareness, and build credibility,” he says.
“We mostly work with business leaders within the technology and digital space, and we needed to find a way to speak with them.”
Concentric signed up for the Posts Plan opting for three posts per week to the company’s Twitter and LinkedIn profiles.
A few months later, the company increased this to five posts per week.
A dedicated Content Creator and Editor craft bespoke content for Concentric’s social media channels each month.
“We have a plan with five posts a week and that gives us good visibility,” Leopold says.
“We wanted to be visible on social media every single day.”
The company also signed up for 100 Pound Social’s Blog Articles.
Leopold says since partnering with 100 Pound Social, he has received good feedback about the company’s social media and blog content from both candidates and potential clients.
“They see our posts and even if they don’t interact with them, they see we are putting out good information. Then, they know who we are and that helps build a relationship,” he says.
“It gets us more visibility and more credibility.”
Leopold says he is confident in his Content Creator to handle the company’s content.
“I don’t even check the posts,” he says.
“The Monthly Review Form was useful at first but now things are running smoothly, we don’t need to request any changes.”
He adds that he enjoys working with 100 Pound Social because the team is professional, accessible, and approachable.
“I’d recommend 100 Pound Social because the team is coachable, and if we need anything changed, it gets done within 24 hours,” he says.
“It’s a good service, the job is well done, and there are nice people working there.”
