Hey Rory! How did you hear about us initially and what made you decide to start working with us?
“Another person in the industry that we knew referred us. They recommended your service and said it was a good way to scale your reach. We had been looking to launch into some new sectors, which from the outset is a lot of work – so the 100 Pound Social plan seemed ideal for helping us reach and connect with those new people.”
Were you doing anything similar to this before working with us?
“We were doing some manual outreach ourselves and were looking at hiring staff to help us with that. But we’re glad we went for this plan – it has more value for money for the resources you are giving us. As a startup, we don’t always have the time to spend on this kind of outreach ourselves.”
How did you find the onboarding process?
“I found it allowed us to give you a full briefing on the business, and also gave us a good understanding of how we’d be using your services. The process made us think about our actual sales strategy because it asks us which sectors we’re going after, the way we want to talk about our company, etc.”

“For me, the main benefit is that as a startup, we can’t dedicate 100% of our time to sales. It’s one of the most important parts of the business but there are so many other things to do at the same time. This service means we can essentially be working at 150%. I can carry on with my day and let my LinkedIn manager find leads and connect me with the right people.
Recently, we had a new connection respond to a LinkedIn campaign message, who then went on to schedule in a couple of meetings with us. Since then, they’ve signed up as a client. This plan has been great for reaching new contacts that we’d have never thought of or found otherwise. It gives us a really good reach and means we’ve been able to put our name in the hat.”
What kind of results do you see on an ongoing basis?
“With regards to connections alone, my page used to have 1000 contacts. Now I have over 6000, made up of people in all sorts of sectors and different job roles. That’s a great foundation if we ever want to do a campaign about our product – we’ve now got a much bigger reach.
In terms of responses, I’m seeing responses from 5-10 people a month that are solid contacts for us to then speak to further. It’s opened us up to new sectors we might never have considered reaching out to.”
We create posts for your LinkedIn profile. Are they of good quality and relevance, and do you find that they’re what you asked for?
“Yes. What’s great about it is that your team is finding articles that are very relevant to our business. This is another time-saver – it’s almost like a little monthly digest for me! I like having access to the Content Panel where I can look over content before it goes out.”
Do you feel that the monthly review form gives you a good opportunity to provide feedback? And do you feel the feedback is implemented?
“Yes. Recently I asked to shift focus a bit and the posting has certainly changed since that strategy shift. It also gives us a bit of structure for our overarching content plan – reminding us to stay up-to-date with our own content (like our new podcast and blog) and send them to you to post about.”
“The team has always been very responsive and informative. My requests are listened to and my LinkedIn Manager keeps me updated on leads. The customer service has been good for us.”

“I would recommend it for the simple reason that we’ve seen it convert business for us. For the cost of the service, we’ve already seen a return on investment.
