When should we complete the Onboarding Form?
Please complete the form prior to purchasing any reseller Posts Plan for your client. The Online Forms can be submitted online; if you’ve completed the Word doc form you will be prompted to upload it when you purchase the plan.
Please note: if we have not received your completed form within 48 hours of your plan being purchased, there may be a non-refundable delay to your client’s plan start-date.

Can my client complete the Onboarding Form?
Yes – you can send them a link to the unbranded online form, or send them the editable Word doc form. The forms are unbranded so your client won’t know we are involved.
Why do we need to complete an Onboarding Form?
The Onboarding Form provides us with the information we need to work on your client’s plan. Please ensure you enter your client’s business name, website etc. in the form (not your own).
